Hi, I’m Lyndsi — a portrait and engagement photographer based in Kitchener-Waterloo and serving clients throughout the Waterloo Region. I believe the best photographs are more than beautiful images; they are honest, lasting pieces of your story.

My relationship with photography began at thirteen, when I found my first camera in a pawn shop near my childhood home. I fell in love with the way a camera could hold onto a feeling: the laughter that happens between poses, the quiet confidence in someone’s expression, and the small details that become more meaningful over time. That early curiosity grew into a lifelong passion, leading me to earn my BA in Photography from CSUS and to build a career around helping people feel genuinely seen.

When I traded the California coast for the charm of Ontario, my perspective as a photographer evolved. The change in scenery sharpened my eye for light, place, and the stories people create together. Today, I bring a relaxed, natural energy shaped by my West Coast roots to every session in Kitchener, Waterloo, and the wider Waterloo Region, while pairing it with a polished editorial approach.

My work has taken me through live events, fashion, and curated branding narratives, but portraiture remains at the heart of what I do. I love photographing people as their authentic selves — the fun, giggly moments, the quiet serious ones, and everything in between. Whether we are documenting an engagement, celebrating a new chapter, or creating portraits that feel unmistakably like you, my goal is to make the experience feel comfortable, collaborative, and fun.
